Kindergarten Jumpstart program begins August 1
Is your child registered for Kindergarten this next school year, or do you know of a child who needs to enroll? Our Kindergarten Jumpstart program begins Monday, August 1st, at each of our three elementary schools, and we’re ready to take registrations. The program runs from 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Thursday during the first two weeks of August. To register for Jumpstart or to have your child enroll in Kindergarten, contact your anticipated school building as soon as possible:

Sales Tax Holiday coming up Aug. 5-7
Ohio's Sales Tax Holiday will begin at 12 a.m. Friday, Aug. 5, and run through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7. The following items will be exempt from the state's sales and use tax:
  • Clothing priced at $75 per item or less.
  • School supplies priced at $20 per item or less.
  • School instructional material priced at $20 per item or less.
