Athletes reminded of GPA eligibility requirements!
We are into our fourth and final grading period of the 2016-17 school year. Athletes at ZHS must pass at least 5 credits, and athletes at ZMS must pass at least 5 classes. Also, athletes must also maintain the following grade-point averages for this grading period to be eligible in the fall, as mandated by our Board of Education:
Moving from
7th to 8th
Moving from

All 11th & 12th2.00
If you have any questions regarding this, please be sure to visit with your guidance counselor to make sure you are on track. The responsibility is ultimately YOURS.
Sports Med raising funds
The Zanesville Sports Medicine program has a fundraiser under way to help purchase a new portable table. This item will be used at various sporting events for both taping and injury evaluations, and would be a great addition to our Sports Med program. Direct donations may be sent or delivered to Steve Shroyer, our athletic trainer, or to Cindy Kokensparger in the Athletics office at ZHS. For more about the table, check out this video.
