KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION EXTENDED!

Registration for our 2021-22 Kindergarten classes has been EXTENDED! Please click here to learn about everything you will need to complete the registration process, which will be fully online.

PARENTS & GUARDIANS! PLEASE COMPLETE THIS SURVEY!

We are asking all parents and guardians of our students to complete the Parent Needs Assessment survey. This is not mandatory, but there is a drawing for a $50 gift card as an incentive to do so.

LOCAL AGENCIES AIDING ONLINE LEARNERS

We are thrilled that the following NINE local agencies are partnering with us to help bridge the connectivity gap to help our remote learners this year. Check out this flyer for program information. Be sure to contact the site you wish to attend to learn when they will be open to help. Click the photo at right to view the flyer.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER FORMS

Due to COVID-19, the following waiver forms are required for use by both student participants and staff / volunteers. Both forms are PDFs and can be filled out on-screen. Please complete the form, print it, and then sign it before turning it in. Athletics forms should be turned in to the Athletics Department, and forms for non-athletics activities should be submitted to the respective building principal.

Students in crisis, or needing immediate assistance for physical or mental health needs, should contact 9-1-1.

In non-emergency situations, students receiving counseling services through our partnership with AllWell at the high school, and who would like to get in contact with the counselor, should call the ZHS Main Office at 740-453-0335 for contact information.
Additionally, students can dial 2-1-1 or call 1-800-544-1601 for various resources, including housing and food needs, in Muskingum County.
