HOMECOMING DANCE IS OCTOBER 2nd!

The 2021 Homecoming Dance – City Beyond the Stars – will be 7 to 10 PM Saturday, October 2nd. Tickets are $10 each and are on sale during lunch periods. Every student attending will have to fill out a form this year, and forms must be submitted to Mrs. Penrose to be eligible to buy tickets.

FINANCIAL AID NIGHT IS OCTOBER 6th

Financial Aid Night is 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 6, in the high school cafetorium. Seniors considering college should attend, along with their parents/guardians, to learn about the process for receiving financial aid for college. Juniors are also welcome if families would like to begin planning for this process. A Financial Aid representative from Muskingum University will discuss the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and answering questions related to this topic. Contact the counseling office if you have questions.

– ZMS volleyball at Granville on Monday, September 27th, can be purchased at this link. Matches will be at the high school gym. No cash sales at the gate. MASKS ARE REQUIRED unless a medical or religious exemption.
– Varsity boys soccer at Cambridge on Tuesday, September 28th, are cash sales only: $5 adults, $3 students.
– ZMS football at Johnstown-Monroe on Tuesday, September 28th, can be purchased at this link.
– Varsity, JV and freshman volleyball at Licking Valley on Wednesday, September 29th, can be purchased at this link. No cash sales at the gate.
– Varsity, JV and freshman volleyball at Licking Heights on Thursday, September 30th, can be purchased at this link. No cash sales at the gate.

POSTPONED EVENTS

– Varsity golf at Licking County League Championships (4th round at Denison GC) postponed to 9 AM Thursday, Oct. 7, at The Links at Echo Springs.
– Varsity girls tennis vs. Lancaster for Wednesday, September 22nd, is postponed. Make-up TBA.

SCHEDULE UPDATES

– ZMS volleyball matches at Granville on Monday, September 27th, have been moved to the Granville High School gymnasium. The 7th grade match will begin at 6 PM, the 8th grade at approximately 7:15.
– Varsity girls tennis home match vs. Newark has been rescheduled for 4:30 PM Monday, October 4th.
– Varsity girls tennis home match vs. Watkins Memorial has been rescheduled for 4:30 PM Wednesday, October 6th.

TUMBLERS ON SALE TO HELP JROTC PROGRAM

You can help support our JROTC program by purchasing one of these special tumblers! The smaller one is $30, the larger one $35. These can be purchased by stopping by the main office, or in Room 118 (1SG Fahnestock).

INSURANCE AVAILABLE FOR CHROMEBOOK USERS

ZCS has partnered with Securranty to allow students to purchase insurance on their assigned device. The cost is $24.95 for the entire school year, with a $0 deductible. ZCS handles shipping to Securranty if there is a claim filed.
