FINALFORMS OPEN FOR 2021-22

FinalForms is open for the 2021-22 school year! All student-athletes entering grades 7-12 — new or returning — must have FinalForms information fully completed before they may participate (fall athletes must complete their files before August 1st). Click here to access our FinalForms information page. SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM BEGINS MONDAY, JUNE 7TH!

Our annual Summer Lunch program begins Monday, June 7th, and ends Friday, August 6th, for all students (regardless of school district) who live within our District limits. Click this link to view the daily distribution schedule as well as the daily menus prepared by our food services staff.

STADIUM CLOSURE FOR TURF REPLACEMENT

 
The Sulsberger Stadium field and Stan Johnson Family Track is CLOSED through Friday, July 16th, for the purpose of turf replacement. Please do not access the Stadium during this time.

We are asking all parents and guardians of our students to complete the Parent Needs Assessment survey. This is not mandatory, but there is a drawing for a $50 gift card as an incentive to do so.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER FORMS

Due to COVID-19, the following waiver forms are required for use by both student participants and staff / volunteers. Both forms are PDFs and can be filled out on-screen. Please complete the form, print it, and then sign it before turning it in. Athletics forms should be turned in to the Athletics Department, and forms for non-athletics activities should be submitted to the respective building principal.
