FinalForms open for 2019-20

FinalForms is open for the 2019-20 school year! All student-athletes — new or returning — must have FinalForms information fully completed before they may participate (fall athletes must complete their files before August 1st). Click here to access our FinalForms information page. Also take note of expiration dates for physicals and plan accordingly.

Code of Conduct Is Aug. 7th

The mandatory Code of Conduct meeting for all 2019-20 fall athletes at ZHS and ZMS is at 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 7th. Meet in Winland Gymnasium. At least one parent or guardian must also attend. This meeting is optional, but highly recommended for winter and spring athletes to complete this annual requirement. For more information on our Code of Conduct, please click here.

Student Wellness Committee

The Zanesville City School District is looking for interested parents and/or community leaders who would be interested in becoming a member of the district Student Wellness Committee. The committee meets four times a year – March, August, October, and December – to review the policy. The purpose of the policy is to make sure our students are being well taken care of in regard to regular physical activity and good nutrition. We want our students to be the best they can be. If you are interested in becoming a part of this endeavor, please contact Bev Guinsler at Zanesville Middle School (740-453-0711) or Vicki Wheeler at the administration office (740-454-9751).
